Cancellation Policy
At GAJMAN WHOLESALER AND RETAILER PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and flexible while ensuring smooth order processing and logistics.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return policy after delivery.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at gajman126@gmail.com or call our customer support number. Be sure to include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation.
2. Order Cancellation Scenarios
Before Dispatch: If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
After Dispatch: Once an item has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may receive the product and then raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Partial Order Cancellation
If you have ordered multiple items and want to cancel only part of the order, this can be done as long as the specific item(s) have not been shipped. Please specify which item(s) you want to cancel when contacting us.
4. Cancellation by GajmanWholesalers
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
Product unavailability or stock issues
Inaccurate pricing or product information
Payment failure or fraud detection
Incomplete shipping or billing information
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Important Notes
Orders placed during sales or promotional campaigns may have limited cancellation options.
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
