Returns & Refunds Policy

At GAJMAN WHOLESALER AND RETAILER PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation are intact.

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items, including:

  • Women Pants

  • T-shirt For Men

  • Women Tshirt

  • Women Pants

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at gajman126@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including a return shipping address.

  3. Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable courier service.

Please note: GajmanWholesalers is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return based on its condition.

5. Refunds
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. The refund will include the product price but exclude any shipping charges unless the return was due to a damaged or incorrect item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs and a description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
